How it works

From first pain to full recovery — here's how Physenta works.

Four steps, one accountable team: map the pain, meet the specialist, follow the plan, and watch the proof build week by week.

Map your pain in 3D

Recovery starts with being understood. On Physenta you don't describe your pain in a text box — you touch it, on a 3D body that maps 38 regions from the neck to the feet. The free AI assessment then asks the questions a careful clinician would: how it started, what makes it worse, whether any red flags need urgent attention. It takes only a few minutes, and you can try the 3D body before creating an account.

Meet your specialist on video

Every doctor and physiotherapist on Physenta is credential-verified before they treat a single patient, and the platform's clinical protocols are shaped under the oversight of an AIIMS-trained spine surgeon. Your first session is free — a real video consultation where your pain map and history are already in front of your clinician, so the conversation starts at the right place instead of from zero.

Follow your personal plan

Your physiotherapist builds a day-wise plan of guided exercise videos — sets, reps, and rest included — paced to your pain, not a generic printout. Daily check-ins and streaks keep you honest through the unglamorous middle weeks where recoveries are actually won, and gentle reminder mails nudge you back when life gets in the way. Miss a day? The plan adapts; it doesn't judge.

Recover with proof

Progress you can feel is good; progress you can see is better. Your recovery curve charts pain against adherence week by week, weekly reports land in your inbox, and every clinical record your doctor writes lives in one place — downloadable as a branded PDF carrying your doctor's signature. When you walk into any clinic anywhere, your whole story goes with you.

Honest answers

Is Physenta a replacement for seeing a doctor in person?

No — and we're honest about that. Video consultations and guided plans handle a great deal of spine and musculoskeletal care, but some situations need hands-on examination, imaging, or urgent attention. Our assessment screens for red flags, our clinicians tell you plainly when in-person care is the right step, and clinic sessions are built into the platform.

How does the free first session work?

Your first video session with a physiotherapist is free — a full consultation, not a sales call. You book a slot like any other session; there's no card required to claim it and no obligation afterwards.

Are the doctors and physiotherapists verified?

Yes. Every provider's credentials are checked before they can treat anyone on Physenta, and providers who don't pass verification never appear in booking. Clinical protocols on the platform are shaped under the oversight of an AIIMS-trained spine surgeon.

Is my health data private?

Your records are visible to you and to the clinicians actually treating you — not to other providers, and never sold. Files are served through authenticated, login-gated links rather than public URLs, and our notification emails deliberately avoid including medical details.

What if I actually need surgery?

Then you'll be told so, clearly. Physenta's clinical direction comes from a spine surgeon, and the honest rule is the operating theatre's own: rule out the dangerous things first, exhaust sensible conservative care, and reserve surgery for the cases that genuinely need it — with rehabilitation ready for you afterwards.
