By creating an account or using Physenta(“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service independently. Users under 18 require verifiable parental consent.

Physenta is a digital platform that:

• Provides AI-assisted assessment of physical conditions (not a medical diagnosis).
• Connects you with verified physiotherapists and qualified doctors.
• Facilitates video consultations and home visits.
• Tracks your exercise plans and recovery progress.

All physiotherapists on the platform are licensed under their respective State Physiotherapy Councils. All doctors are registered medical practitioners. We verify credentials before approving providers on the platform.

Our AI assessment tool provides general guidance only. It is not a medical diagnosis. AI suggestions:

• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for treatment.
• May be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Must be reviewed by a qualified human professional before action.

Always consult a physiotherapist or doctor for personalised treatment decisions. Do not delay seeking professional care because of information on this platform.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Use the Service only for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
• Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your medical history.
• Disclose all relevant medical conditions to your assigned physiotherapist or doctor.
• Follow safety guidelines while performing exercises — stop if you feel pain.

You must NOT:

• Use the Service to harm yourself or others.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• Record or share consultation videos without explicit consent from all parties.
• Solicit physiotherapists or doctors to take consultations off-platform.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

Physiotherapists and doctors on the platform are independent practitioners, not our employees. Physenta acts as a facilitator. While we verify credentials, the professional relationship is between you and your chosen provider.

We are not liable for the professional advice, conduct, or treatment outcomes provided by individual practitioners. Each practitioner is responsible for their own clinical decisions.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, exercise videos, and software, is owned by Physenta or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. profile photos, feedback). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Physenta is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Treatment outcomes from individual practitioners.
• Service interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance.
• Actions of third parties (Razorpay, Daily.co, Cloudinary, etc.).

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from your profile settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or use the Service unlawfully. We will notify you of the reason where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi-NCR, India.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email and in-app banner at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
